We want you to be happy with MakeStory. Please try the free credits first, so you know the results before you buy.

Fair use of credits

• We always show the cost and ask you before any credit is used.
• If an AI action fails, no credit is taken.
• Making the MP4 video, subtitles, prompt packs and character finding are free.

When you can get a refund

• You paid but the credits were not added within 48 hours.
• You were charged twice for the same purchase.
• A technical problem on our side used your credits without giving a result (we return the credits).
• You bought credits and have not used any of them, within 7 days of payment.

When refunds are not possible

• Credits that were already used for pictures, voices or scenes.
• Free credits (sign-up, daily or invite credits).
• Accounts blocked for breaking our Terms or Content Policy.

How to ask

Email support@makestory.video from your account email with your Transaction ID (TID) and the problem. We reply within 3 working days. Approved refunds are sent back to the same JazzCash / Easypaisa account within 7 working days.
